They should change the retirement age to 50, cuz after that people fight change like a counter insurgency in a foreign occupied country!

    8 out of 10 in their 60's sounds like it is a retirement home already. Good Luck. Maybe you can suggest a new organisational policy of compulsary company retirement at 60 !
