Hello all
What a wee gold mine you have here! At last somewhere I might be able to get some answers.
It can be pretty daunting when you first start up doing the HACCP on your own.
I guess that I have found the place where I will get the right info first time round (lets hope so!!)
anyway, good to be aboard.
