Dear Angelica,

You asked in our other discussion how to link from Visio directely to a specific cell in Ms Excel. Here is how to do that.

Click in Visio in the form where you would like to instert a link.
Click Insert
Click Hyperlinks

Or faster, click with Ctrl K on the form.

Then insert your link as follows: myexcel.xls#sheet1!A1
Some excel programs use the term worksheet in stead of sheet.
