Hello all,

Do you know for central & south america countries follow which government agencies? Codex/FAO/WHO?

We're exporting products to latin america countries and would like to make sure that we declare and use their approved ingredient also labeling compliance with their regulations.

I´m from Guatemala so I´m pretty sure I can answer your question. Latin America uses Codex mostly. I believe this is especially true for South America.
Because of proximity, Central America and the Caribbean also tend to use FDA / USDA guidelines.
Of course, each country has its own regulations, which you could probably find looking at the specific country´s Ministry of Health website.
