Well i'm new to these forums, my name's Elias Loisos and I'm an alcho...oh wrong forums! ;)

I'm a HACCP coordinator for a warehouse company here in Montreal, Canada.

I like to keep up to date in anyway i can and i want to see if this forum's a good source of info!
