New member tells a joke in first post, now that's what I call skating on thin ice.

It's snowing tonight in Manchester England, in fact we've had quite a lot in the last two weeks. A couple of inches and the whole country grinds to a halt, our roads departments have already run out of gritting salt and have resorted to using table salt. You see we are not fully prepared because the cost of being fully prepared is high and because we don't have snow too often we decide not to be, so we grind to a halt and everyone shrugs their shoulders. I quite like it.
