Simply astonished
I've been thinking that any sharp of any shape and dimension would have been banned in food.
If I understand well, there's an acceptable range. If the length is below 7 mm, well the risk is negligible and there's no need to recall the product
Is this "so-called" risk management ?
Any comment ? Any example, case study, court sentence ?
