I once referred to a canteen's
HACCP as being developed by "some consultant who has never visited the site" which was fair and true, however, I didn't expect the person I sent it to to forward it to the consultant. Thanks.
Anyhoo, had an "interesting" meeting with him which at least meant he saw the canteen and the issues we'd been having but not professional at all.
I think some people take pleasure in dropping you in it by forwarding emails which obviously weren't meant to be forwarded, that's why I try and communicate mostly in person or on the phone nowadays (and it tends to be more effective anyway.)
