Welcome all members of this forum. I am from Poland and I am working at fish factory (fresh and frozen - cod, haddock, catfish and redfish) in Iceland. Due to that there is a lot (majority) of Polish people working there I've been asked to get this factory to the BRC, but I have never been working in Quality before. The fact is that all my work experience I spend at fish but only such as Team Leader and Production Manager.
I have to be honest - the more I read BRC the more my brain hurts. I hope one day I will be helpfull for YOU.
