I'm new to this so not 100% sure what kind of response to expect - if any!
I'm the Deputy QC & Hygiene Manager at a flexible packaging company, we have recently had our yearly BRc audit. The auditor has mentioned that we now require a form of "breakdown" to the Cleaning schedule sheets that we use at the moment. Incorperated in this sheet must be an area/frequancy / tools used / etc detail sheet.
Wondering if anyone out there has any documents / templates that are clear & simple to use?
