Good afternoon,

Just thought I'd drop a quick note to introduce myself.

I'm a technocal manager for more years than I care to mention, and after a stint specialising in hygiene auditing, I have now set up a consultancy company based in east yorkshire, who take out BRC pre-auditing, packaging pre-auditing, hygiene auditing etc.

I have specialist knowledge of allergens, hygiene and BRC, so if I can help anyone just let me know.
