Dear Natalia,

We have never done a poll on this but i predict that the majority of users of ISO/FFSC/22000 are using methodologies structured on the Codex Decision Tree where there is a CCP/OPRP decision involved. Additionally, some systems also categorise OPRPs as an advanced form of a basic PRP program. And maybe other variations also.

IME in a sugar company we determined pre evaporation stage as OPRP, and in a concentrated citric juice company it was a filter previous to the filling of bags!
