Can some one please help by explaining me what product realization is? and also what is product release procedure.

Product realization is the term used in standards such as ISO 9001 to mean all of the activities undertaken in design, development, manufacture and delivery of a product or service.

Product release procedures normally cover the activities required to be undertaken to ensure product is as per agreed specification before delivery, also may include what to do if it isn't.
