Hello All.

I want to write about yogurt production. I wondered if anyone has a good yogurt manufacturing flowchart, that I can use and reference for my assignment? I have adequate information about the actual process, but can't find a good flowchart that I like and am happy to stick in my essay.

Anyone got any good sources?

Well yes and no.

I wrote it from memory so I don't know how you would quote that as a reference.
(I have made a fair few yogurts in my time)
