First of all would like to say hello to everyone. Have been a member for nearly a month and would like to say how great this forum is.
Am trying to see if anyone can help, Work for a Commerical butcher in london, and trying to setup a Maintence form (sign-in sign-out) for all maintence equipment e.g. fridge and freezer mincer machine saw blade etc. when we have maintenace on site and equipment out of use being repaired, also any equipment being bought onto site areas closed down.
Anyone have ideas on doing this.
