Hi Dear Ken

search for keywords AG-20_APO_FoodSafety and handbook_2nd for pdf files in google. they are the names of the files. The first is 112 pages and the second is 61 pages but
they are not 22000 focused and comprehensive.

Best regards

Amirhosein

I don't know of any free e-books on 22000 or even ones you can purchase. There aren't many printed ones around either - you just need to look at amazon where there are very few ISO 22000 books listed. There is the ISO 22000 manual which you can purchase on this website - the sample documents look useful.

I have the following book which I've found to be useful and good value (and has also been recommended by others)

http://www.iso.org/i...m?refid=Ref1056

Your first reference was excellent and officially free for personal use. I recommend the Food Safety Management Manual to anyone reading this (10MB file). 100 pages of good information which includes codex haccp, a small section on ISO 22000 and lots of good general information on food safety management systems.

I've found the link for anyone who is interested:
