Hi All,

I was asked a month or so a go about supplier self assessments and if it could be combined with new supplier form. Well I have done just that and it seemed to satisfy brc and all major multiples so I have attached it for all to view and use if needed. I was also about spec forms so I have attached that as well!!

Dear Jinx,

I am impressed / amazed that yr suppliers of seafood will accept yr requirement of non-detection of vibrio species. And apparently the same comment to BRC.

This is a family of typically marine origin.

Nonetheless, thks for the sample form.

Like Heather, wud be interested to see the supplier self - assessment form.
