Hi - I'm Berent.

we are implementing Menusafe and want to know who else is? I think its new so may be the only person here!

Want to know whether the Food Safety PAssports can have other training included in them (like health and safeyty) - has anyone done this and talked to a auditor?

Please tell me if you have

Sorry for bad English

Dear berent,

No problem.

I guess you are familiar with SFBB (safer food better business). This is the methodology used across UK by small businesses to comply with the EC 2005 (2006?) jumbo food directive. I don't know whether this retains the "passport" you are referring, if so, should be a lot of people here who will know about yr request. The SFBB package(s) are freely downloadable from many sites and here if you do a bit of searching. Maybe you know all this already.
