Hi,

While drafting manual for compressed air - I come across some web note as attached.
My question is about the specification of Class 2.2.4 & 2.2.1 of compressed Air. I am having ISO 8573.1 standard - but in that standard there is no details about 2.2.4 & 2.2.1.

Could you please help me to understand this.

For the benefit of anyone looking for the same answer (this post is a little dated.... )

ISO8573.1 : 2001 Class 2.2.4 refers to the class of air in terms of Particulate,Water and Oil content - Class 2.2.4 would be Particulate Class 2, Water Class 2, and Oil Class 4.

If the class for a particular category is omitted, then a hyphen is used in its place.
