How to make scheduling for oPRP's

Dear ahmet,

I am afraid that yr question is probably too general for anyone to answer. Perhaps you could expand the information ?
If you are simply asking how to logistically select the OPRPs the first step is to follow the schedule in the standard, eg particularly starting at section 7.1. Some later more analytical steps are discussed in various places here, eg see the posts of Bennii.

We do two audits per year, one is dedicated to check all PRP´s and OPRP´s. Our process is just warehousing food ingredients so we usually do not have to much things changing, so we just keep track of prerrequisites with monitoring activities of warehouse twice a week. But consider that you can check control measures that are more critical first, but other way, some activities might relay on other prerrequisities, so it would be a good idea to star with those first.
