Hello All,

Is there any Standard specification for Hulled Sesame seeds ( deskinned)? I want know about its micobial, physical, chemical limits. If anybody knows about the specification then, pls help me..........

Couldn't see one. An official UAE standard exists (GSO 274) but not freely accessible on net as far as I could see.

Below is one draft official sesame standard (African)(no micro), one official UAE standard (Tehena, no micro) with cross-ref. to sesame standard, one detailed US commercial sesame standard. maybe of some use.
