Hi! I'm a QA Specialist and a newly minted SQF Practitioner. I currently work in a very low-risk extra virgin olive oil production facility; my past experience was in salmon canning and fruit canning, so if anything, I'm probably a little more stringent than I need to be when setting up these programs.

I've been reading the forum for a few months now and wanted to introduce myself!

Right back at you from ice cold Pennsylvania. We just came off of 3 straight days of single digit temperatures and are expecting 6-8 inches of snow over the next two days. I could use some warm California sun right about now!

:welcome: Welcome to the forum, I hope you find as useful as I have over the last two years.

Hi Daisymayhem, better to be a little stringent than too lax in my opinion. Thanks for stopping by to say hello and welcome to the discussion forums.

:welcome:

Simon
