hi all, I stumbled across this site when looking for some information on HACCP in flour milling. There was some great info posted on the forums.
I'm a microbiologist and have worked in the brewing and meat industries, am currently working for the New Zealand Food Safety Authority. It's great to be able to see what food safety systems are operating in an overseas context.
Talk soon!
Duncan.
