Dear SS2010,

One significant difference is that SQF2000, level3, additionally includes quality factors within the HACCP scope. Props to your management.

One nice (unique?) feature about SQF is that the standard is (freely) downloadable from website plus a downloadable guidance manual is also provided. The standard’s initial text format also looks more user friendly to me (not an actual user myself).

I leave yr other queries to actual users. Good luck !

Dear SS2010,

BRC HACCP is based on Codex HACCP, no requirement for quality factors, only safety.

SQF level3 has an expanded HACCP concept. Suggest you look at the standard, this describes requirements. The specifics will depend on yr product / process.
