Dear Friends,

I have come across the attached article - very interesting and wants to share.
This is about how our thinking and our language affects our performance, attitude and actions.
Lets all refine our terminology to have positive effect.

Rgds,
Anish

Very useful. I've heard this kind of message before but it's easy to forget to do things like this. I think NLP uses this kind of approach. Certainly a "positive" statement has more power than a negative one. I'm reminded of the fact that if you say "don't think of pink elephants" you can guarantee that however hard you try, you're thinking of pink elephants. I've also been on diets before and find I have more success if I say "I want to be more healthy" than "I want to lose weight" or "I'm too fat".

Interesting one Anish. It's true though that what we speak differs from different human beings' understanding but what Anish made me realize is that people should be very careful on what to say especially negative ones.
