What’s the difference between outsourcing and purchasing in the context of ISO 22000? Can we apply all purchasing requirements to “outsource” suppliers or there should be a separate control? How do you classify the following?

1) Third party Pest Control (outsourced process or purchasing?)

2) Third Calibration (outsourced process or purchasing?)
3) Certification Body (outsourced process or purchasing?)

Thanks in advance.
