Dear All;

We are conducting in-house training for the new staff joining the company (Basic Food Hygiene) , and after complete the training which is include power point, video,and practical if need like to show him/her how they should wash theire hands, personal hygiene before entering the production area,etc....
After finish The training there is a multiable choise quiz . Now I am trying to make a good one includes pictures , I saw some quizs after adding the question it supports with pictures indicates and reffers to the said question , I need same , so Can you help me to find a suitable one ,which can be givin to the employee and then can be easy to understand..

Have you thought of hiring the services of a training organisation that speacialise in this area? I am sure there are plenty around and some of them have created the questions with pictorial examples and you can use this. Why re-invent the wheel if it is already done. You may have to make a few calls and ask them the question.

I know Chartered Institute of Environmetal Health (UK) use to run these courses but am not sure if they still do them in UK. I use to teach Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Courses to students when I resided in uk before moving down to OZ.
