Hi everyone!

I just started as the QM at a small meat processor in Belgium and. I have the "wonderfull" task of not only managing the transition to a new plant from design to production but also from the mindset of "cowboy" to "BRC certificatified". Expect lots of questions and rants from me in the future :D
