Yes I have PhD in Food Technology awarded from UK in 1991 as I used to reside in UK before moving down under and was a Senior Lecturer in Food Science and Technology at University of Wales (UK) and a specialist in Extrusion Cooking.

So a valid Food Doctor!! but not a GOD!!!
