Dear All,

I happened to find the official website linked below while searching for something else. I don’t remember it being noted previously on this forum, seems to be approx. 2010, and is a work-in-progress I think. The neat (IMO) presentation on validation uses similar ideas to the popular Codex publication which has already been referenced many times here. The material is strongly oriented towards meat / poultry processing however a lot of the content is highly transferable.

I hv also attached a related document which I think was the inspiration for a lot of the material on the above website. (The contents may even be fully duplicated on the website [ was too much to check]). The material in the initial letter, although very interesting IMO, can be jumped to the text starting on document pg1 (after the initial letter). Some usefully concise tables of validation methods (pg 15) for a range of typical process functions follow the text plus a quite detailed example of how to validate the sanitation status of process surfaces via ATP or L.mono measurements.

Hopefully of interest.
