Hello everyone,
my name is Thomas and I work as an independant consultant in international development / foreign aid projects, e.g. financed by the EU or World Bank and providing advice on improving regulatory and administrative frameworks for quality infrastructure in general and food safety in particular.
I am located in Germany but my geographical focus is on transformation countries in Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia, in particular Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. I wish to extend my network with colleagues who have a similar regional focus in order to follow-up national and regional (e.g. customs union Russia, Ukraine, Belarus) reforms and developments. I am looking forward to an interesting and fruitful exchange of ideas and experiences.
