The question below I would appreciate your feedback regarding this. the reasons I ask is I have got to complete a presentation on this and I have my own what i think i need to do but I would like to know your thoughts


Techniques you use (giving examples) regarding the setting of measures and/or review of Quality KPI’s/targets.

I would put this into trending i.e. complaints, Forign body issues etc.

I defined my team KPI as below,
First time right (%) also can be set as a quality KPI
GMP audit (%)
QC lead time (days)
Complaints
