We received 2 copies of the new standard that we had preordered on Monday and discovered that pages 1-17 are missing and some of the other pages appear twice. I called TSO and they said they know about the problem and will be sending out new copies.

We had to pay VAT to Israeli custom authorities and a fee to DHL for processing, I hope that doesn't happen to the replacement copies.

Did anyone else receive defective copies?
I guess TSO needs a little quality control...

I bought the electronic version instead of the printed version and it looks fine.

I bought the electronic version of one of the earlier editions and when I got a new computer I couldn't access it any more. I stopped buying the electronic versions after that.

A similar thing happened to a client of mine and they have reverted to the printed version instead of the electronic version.

We received the new correctly printed copies this week and yes we had to pay VAT for them again
