What I need to study to work in food safety & quality field?

good morning all:


what i need to study for :

work in food safty & quality field?
i studied: chemistry and quality assurance
now i am studying food safty course in cairo unviristry it contain : HACCP , GMP,GHP,SSOP,iso 22000 and statesics
i am never studied microbiology

You have a lot of the bases covered, but I guess food science, food technology, microbiology are other related / important areas. Depends on what you want to do.
