hai,
can you please let me know what is the CCP of freshjuice and uncooked salads.
Only PRP and GMP are sufficient to control hazars in this two.Please let me explain with examples
yours replay highly apreciated.

Dear suneer,

CCPs depend on, for example, things like the process, the product, legislation, applicable standard (if any), etc .

If you wish to view some posted examples of (some of )the above, suggest you try searching for "juice", "salad" or more developed terms like "haccp salad".

It will depend upon juice type, processing conditions and technology. Hazards analysis may play an important role to determine CCP in your product.
