Good day everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself.


I am from the central east coast of Florida (the ocean I am happy to say is only 200 feet off the deck and 70 degrees today - so much for winter) and I am an SQF Registered Consultant as well as an SQF Registered Contract Auditor.


I started out my career in auditing in the hotel industry, then restaurants, food stores, and food factories. I've been invovled in auditing and consulting for over 20 years. I have loved just about every moment of it except for a sprinkling of nasty people, bad travel days, bad hotels, etc.


I look forward to learning from these forums as well as being a contributor.


For those of you in the United States I wish you a very happy Thanksgiving!

Hello Glen and welcome to the forums.

It's always nice when new members introduce themselves, so thanks for that. The weather sounds great and a little different to dark and damp Manchester, England where I'm located. We never get any weather too severe either way, which can be seen as a benefit..it's bland at best. The only time I went to Florida was with a bunch of mates back in 92 and it was at this time of year, every day it was a mixture of very hot, torrential downpours interspersed by dozens of schlitz.

I notice you are already contributing to the discussions, which is great.
