Can one one of you could give reference for DRy warehouse storage temperature & humidity requirement for
a) Grains
B)Pulses
C)Milk Powder
D) Tea
E)Honey
F) Sugar
G)In general for all dry food items
If manufacture mention store in cool dry condition what should be storage temperature.

Thanks for the reply.
Its a Dry food warehouse were Rice, Flour, spices milk powder, honey, fried onion etc are stored.
Manufacturer for milk powder has mentioned cool & dry.
Flour at room temperature, Rice in well ventillated area like that.
In UAE during summer the room temperature goes above 40 deg C.
What is recommended storage temp & humidity for a warehouse like this?

Room temperature is usually taken is 25C.

From the specifications given by our suppliers, most of the time, they will specify cool as <25^oC and dry as <65%RH.
