Hi All
Is there anyone out there who can give me guidance on the best way to conduct a temperature trial using insulated food container to transport chilled food product in an ambient vehicle. I was thinking of the following process;
Data logger for inside the insulated container with chilled food product. Data logger to record ambient temp in truck - this for a comparison between internal and external temp to monitor containers ability to hold temp. Base line temperature monitoring using external weather station points along the route taken for the trail - this is to verify ambient temp taken in the truck as both should follow the same curve. Is this approach acceptable or am I way off. I'd really appreciate your guidance as chilled distribution is all new for us.
