Hi all.

I work in a milk factory and need to complete a table on the Product Decription & Intended Use.

Would anyone have an example of one I could have a look at?

Thanks

Hi Tony.

We have been given a template to fill in. It includes the following:

Product name Category
Process
Food Safety Characteristics
Target Market
Customer Use
Labelling / Label Instructions
Packaging
Shelf Life
Storage & Distribution

So I was really wanting to see how someone else may have filled in these categories for their product.

Thanks

Hi Rellie

No problem. Hopefully I've covered all those off for you.

Hi Tony.

Do you have any other examples relating to milk that I could have a look at?

Hi Rellie

Not to hand but I can knock some up. What milk products/packaging are you interested in?

Kind regards,

Tony
