According to BRC Version 6 - 3.5.1.1, there must be a documented risk assessment for each raw material or group of raw materials. Does anyone have any templates that they can share to help us produce a documented procedure for this. Although we dont have many high risk materials, at the moment we only look at the risks according to the process and not each material, so any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Nevin

A hazard analysis for all of your raw materials should be a part of your HACCP Plan.
This is an example of one of our ingredients.
