Sorry I'm being very lazy/thick but I am implementing a Supplier Approval system as per V6 BRC section 3.5.3 Management of suppliers of services.

Can someone advise the best way to go or have any documentation to reflect this.....

I would appreciate Packaging food contact and non food contact audit questionnaires examples if possible
