Hello

HACCP principles and implementation is same for each and every food manufacturing. Its an ligal obligation for every food manufacturing unit to have a HACCP based quality management system. I will be more then happy to help you to plan your HACCP system . First of tell me do you got a prerequisite programme for your site. If yes then 80% of the task is done already.

Then follow all the seven HACCP principle as per your process . I hope you got an updated HACCP handbook. Put each and every steps into a yes and no question and do the risk assesment and set your critical limit followed by monitoring process. In the sixth principle dont get puzzeled with validation and verification as they are not same and one QMS procedure cant cover them at a same time . At the end document the entire process and procedures.
