is it possible to get the course syllabus? and some more information about the course like duration, how many participates, etc.
also is it recognize by SQF?

Have you tried looking through the HACCP Alliances course there you can find plenty of options all over the US my company recently used advanced food safety solutions for our training, it was SQF approved.
