We are supplying plastic containers (injection molding process) for food industries. I am looking for a sample document of raw material description as detailed in the ISO 22000 standard clause no.: 7.3.3.1

Raw materials that we use in our process are Plastic Resin, Master Batch Resins, Labels (In Mold Labeling), PE poly bags (comes with product contact - as it is used within the carton), Box type carton, wooden pallet etc.)

Can anyone provide a sample document.
