Depends on your systems and how your traceability works. The actual procedure will have some good general stuff about how important traceability is but other than that you can only write up how it is managed in your particular company, ideally with some detailed instruction on how to get the info out of the system.

Dear Rudra,

It sounds like you are seeking general info.

ALthough not all specifically ISO22000 the links below may be of some help. :smile:

PS - I should add that there are undoubtedly many better attachments from other people on same subject, was just quicker to find my own first. Other suggestions welcome of course :smile: .

PPS - from another thread I learned that there is also an official ISO standard on this topic. iso 22005
