I would to has anyone to suggest me that Validation new machine ( fried machine )

1. if I recieved new machine ,how to validation new machine .

- And we have 5 porducts to used this machine for fried .
- we should validation 5 products or we can choose worst product
- if we has new product after we finished validation . we should validation new product again or we can use old process ( new product is not worst case )

2. Which different of Validation new machine and validation process

Dear Jira,

You probably need to give more details.

I presume you are referring to an oil fryer for large-scale production use ?

So what property(s) are you wishing to validate ?

IMEX, most companies require the basic items like machine hygienic quality, intended frying capability (product / speed / performance, etc) to be specified in the agreed machine purchase contract.

After purchase, the supplier normally installs the unit and demonstrates that the contract requirements are fulfilled, or sometimes not :smile: .

If you are only interested in HACCP aspects, you need to give some info. about products / process, eg RTE or not, etc
