Hi there!

Last year we were set for FSSC 22000 but suddenly, we needed to shift to BRC/IOP to satisfy a potential customer requirement.
The thing is, I only have until March to get certified ... and still with the barely operational new primary packaging plant.

Has anyone ever worked out a BRC Certification in 3 months with a new plant?

Any help or input will be highly appreciated.

God bless everyone!

Dear MCIAN,

Have a look at this thread, it's SQF but the issues are probably not so different.

3 months is very, very tight. If you have a lot of resources (people) dedicated to the project who know what they're doing it is possible, but 3 months is very short.

Simon

Hi Simon!

The last Gantt Chart I had - approved by the Management is 5 months... depending still on the result of the Pre-assessment Audit.

Just keeping my fingers crossed!

Regards every one.

Pre-assessments are a very good idea and it should give you a clear idea whether your target date is achievable or not. It also gives you a 'to do' list that should ensure the actual audit provides a good result / grade.

Simon
