There are many articles available over net freely for access. Pls. find the one which I have downloaded from net some time back. Pls. specify your process details, so that you will get some relevant examples.

As per the previous post, if you are actually seeking a flow chart and hazard analysis for a particular process the likelihood of it appearing by random luck are very small.

Basically a process flow chart for HACCP purposes, whether traditional HACCP or ISO22000, is no different to a conventional process flow chart except that it should definitely include all the relevant inputs and outputs in addition to the operational process steps. The reason is that the hazard analysis requires this information for a complete risk evaluation.
