Hello :) i am doing a BSc in food safety and quality. and before deciding on the topic of my final year dissertation i would like to have some more suggestions and directions from an interntional point of view.

Welcome to the forum ! :welcome:

i presume this dissertation is not required to be of MSc thesis magnitude.

Not too sure what an international POV means, like horsemeat perhaps ?? :smile:

You may get more useful suggestions if you can reduce the scope a little, eg are there any particular areas / topics within FS you prefer to focus on ?

What about how to create a HACCP plan for a particular type of food?
