Where to start implementing an ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 system?

Same story here, havent posted much. Have been working with South african standards of HACCP and am now employed with a company thats wanting to aimplement ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 integrated, the consultant is always busy so its up to me to do the ground work but dont even know where to get started.... have tried googling alot of samples etc but u dont get much and now im sitting with trying to create a manual inegrating both systems for a canteen type environment.

any advice on where to begin and some tips or samples for me to use?

PS - the more usual project is to integrate haccp / iso9001 ?? (ie FS + MS)

I am trying to put together the file from scratch so this the perfect example.

Thanks Simon,

Does assist me alot although my company may not be willing to buy a system so i have the task of creating our manual etc from scratch so the examples will go a long way in helping me. I have a general idea of Food safety from the south african standards POV sso going ISO is a big challenge for me to achieve.

Many thanks for the wonderful forum which is so interactive and interesting. It really does broaden my knowledge.

I recommend the use of PAS-99:2006 as a guideline....
